The Triangle of Resilience

I recently took a walk down our favourite path to clear the mind, ground my energy,  connect with nature, the earth, the air and the water elements. It is such a magical place 💖

As we were walking back I stopped in awe of this triangle I had never seen on our many other walks down the path. I took it as a sign and later searched the meaning.

@rebeccathoughts author of my favourite books Light is the new black and Rise sister rise. Rebecca wrote this 🔽🔽

So there are loads of things that the triangle symbolises such as: the concept of feet on the earth, heart in heaven, ancient wisdom, mystic-ness, an energetic gateway, the holy trinity, spirit, the number three (my fave) the sacred feminine and masculine energies.

FOR ME, IT’S ALL ABOUT RESILIENCE.

You see, no matter how much pressure you put on any of its sides, it is impossible to break. Truth! Its foundations are S.T.R.O.N.G. It sources everything  it needs from within.

This description of the triangle resonates so much for me.

The word Resilience stood out and I knew I had to go deeper into the discovery and why this triangle stood out today.

I got out The Blossoming Heart by Robbi Zeck and looked up the oil associated with the word Resilience and that is Spikenard - Robbi shares the quote by Dr Robert Eliot - In today's world, sometimes you can't fight, you can't flee. The only way out is to learn to flow 💛

So I will anchor into the triangle energy with spikenard and use the blossoming heart affirmation-Breathing in I feel.... Breathing out I flow.... My heart is cradled.

Thankfully I have many cards, books and crystals to tap into so I decided to dive just a little further into the depths of spikenard and got out The essential guide to aromatherapy and vibrational healing by Margaret Ann Lembo.

I read The spiritual uses of Spikenard - Margaret says to use spikenard to remind you to be receptive to your intuition and to accept the part of yourself that is able to imagine a better way of life for all beings. Spikenard can help highly intuitive people deal with incoming energies. Through spikenard's calming vibes, inner peace and personal self-care are possible even when dealing with the challenging vibrations of others.

Archetypes for this oil are Christ, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, Isis and Mary Magdalene. The archetypal energy of spikenard embodies compassion, inner peace, nurturing and great wisdom. Through meditation with this oil as an ally, you can begin to grasp the difference between information, knowledge and wisdom. This oil is a reminder that when you strive for  wisdom, information and knowledge will always be available.

Use this oil to awaken your awareness of your spiritual purpose.

Well that last sentence 🔼🔼 POW!! Lets just say that I have well and truly been living in the present right now aligned with the season of winter and enjoying the hibernation phase, gosh its been nice! However Spring is knocking on Winter's door and saying come on wake up its time to tap back in to your spiritual purpose.

This is what I have been pondering what does my spiritual purpose look like here in South Gippsland, how do I share what I am so passionate about- there are so many ideas flowing through my head 💫

I am using the following Spikenard Affirmation to anchor into my purpose here ---

I am love. I align my consciousness with gentleness,  compassion and goodwill toward all. My focus is on kindness. I make it my goal and intention to have compassion and tolerance and to live love. I am aligned with the healing powers of inner peace and empathy. I am able to help others by vibrating love through my presence, words and actions.

So I thank you triangle for showing up for me. I thank the seasons and Spring right now for knocking at Winters door. My cocoon is cracking open and I cannot wait to see what the beautiful butterfly that emerges looks like. 💜💙💚💛🧡❤
